About the Founder

~Shannon Vrabec~

After working in the non-profit sector (mainly for organizations central to community development, homelessness, and refugees) and earning her MA in conflict studies at Kings College London, Shannon realized pursuing a ‘9-5’ non-government organization (NGO) position wasn’t going to achieve the effective change that she wanted to make in this world. Shannon discovered that financial leverage was the way to accomplish her philanthropic goals— as a result, she studied, assisted, and worked her way to the top in the field of real estate. Shannon, a licensed real estate agent, created her own real estate company as a financial stepping stone to help fund humanitarian development projects. As a Cleveland native that has worked extensively in community development throughout Cleveland neighborhoods, Shannon is happy to assist distressed property owners and revitalize communities at affordable rates, one home at a time.
